Coming soon. A six week program that will help you not only meditate consistently but discover the method that works best for you. Not everyone learns the same, so not everyone will meditate the same. Each week, you’ll learn a different style of meditation. You’ll get to reflect on how that style worked, what worked, what didn’t.
Learn in the comfort of your own home
These classes are presented online. You don’t have to buy textbooks or special notebooks. You’ll be provided with class materials. Of course, if you want to get a journal, you are welcome to, but it’s not necessary.
Learn At your own pace
While the course is designed for six weeks, take as long as you want. The class is for YOU. If you are really enjoying a particular week’s lesson, you can absolutely spend time beyond the suggested week.
Join Holly and other like minded adventurers for a group meditation. These sessions will be held online. Join from where you are. All you need is a way to get online and a quiet space. Give yourself a time out, by going within!
Group Meditation is just an online connection away
Sessions will be held online using Zoom. This allows multiple participants. It is easy to join, and does not require the ‘latest and greatest’ tech. Meditation should be accessible for all, so we try to keep the platform easy.
What is needed
You need a quiet space where you can be undisturbed for 30 to 45 minutes. Somewhere you can dim the lights or use natural light is preferred. You can use a regular chair. If you have a yoga mat or meditation cushion, you are welcome to use them. We like to keep it simple and focus on our breath. Get it? Focus? Breath? Come for the corny jokes, stay for the peace of mind.
